After extensive research I found that Dr Jadhav is the best hip and knee replacement surgeon who uses futuristic ROBOTIC technology at no extra cost to patient or their insurance.
my brother needed both hip replacements at the early age of 30 due to avascular necrosis following steroid treatment for Covid. Being an engineer we did extensive research to find the best surgeon, and chose Dr Jadhav. After the surgery the pain has completely gone and so is the limp; and and he can go on with rest of my life as if nothing ever had happened. I highly recommend him if anybody need hip and knee replacement surgery anytime.

Hello. I'm an active 71 year old that enjoys golf, ballroom dancing, and walking my yorkie. My right hip had become so painful that I could barely walk my dog. My PCP recommended Dr Avi Jadhav up at Tampa General Health Brooksville. He ordered xrays and later an MRI as it showed the bone on bone condition causing my pain. Dr Jadhav recommended hip replacement using the Stryker system and products. As my brother retired from repping for Zimmer, a Stryker competitor, he was skeptical. But, after helping me research Dr Jadhav and Stryker we agreed that Dr Jadhav is using state of the art products with the new
robotics system.

My surgery was done on December 21, 2021. Today, April 9, 2022, I am back walking my dog and playing golf. I restart my dance practice/lessons next week! My neighbors all comment on how well I am walking. Actually, I forget that I have a new hip!

Dr. Jadhav was a savior to me. I went through a half dozen other orthos in marion, lake, and sumpter counties who could not do the surgery. Dr. Jadhav was recommended by an orthopedic in Daytona beach, who also refused me. he is particular to the final structure of your stance, your gate and your personal happiness with the quality of his work. bravo

He takes time to ensure what exactly what is wrong, and then goes into detail on what he plans to do to correct it. Very patient with you, and takes time to ensure you understand it What surprised me is the amount of time he is willing to give to each patient, Very pleased with the care that I received.

I had problems with pain in my left thumb for a long time. Dr. Jadhav had it x-rayed and advised I had some arthritis in the joint. He treated it with cortisone shots twice. He then suggested I go to physical therapy before resorting to a surgical remedy. After the physical therapy, I have had no pain for several months. I believe Dr. Jadhav has the insight to know when surgery is needed and when it is not. He had my best interest in mind.

After going to Immediate Care twice, and then the ER for pain and getting no relief, I followed the advice of a friend and contacted Dr. Jadhav. He looked at my records and quickly determined that the x-rays and MRI's that had been done were looking in the wrong place. He ordered a new MRI and discovered there was a tumor on my spine that was causing the pain. He contacted a neurosurgeon while we were in his office, and the surgeon's office got us an appointment the next day. His immediate action quite possibly saved me from permanent paralysis.

I am very blessed to have found Dr. Avinash. I broke my leg rollskating, I'm a foreigner and I didn't have health insurance. Dr. Avinash and her assistant from day one helped me get my surgery and apply to the charity process to cover hospital expenses. I had a knee replacement in 2020 and it was the most painful surgery (for weeks) that I've ever had! I really needed the other knee done and I kept putting it off, (probably for years) because of the pain
Well I finally decided to just do it and get it over because I could hardly walk.
Well I found Dr. Jadhav and it was the best decision of my life. I got the surgery and I was in pain naturally but for only about 1 week! I hardly needed pain meds. This doctor has magic hands! I don't know what he did differently from the 1st doctor but what a difference it made for me.
I believe Dr. Jadhav was born to do exactly what he does. He listens to your worries and he actually reads your chart and knows about your history and even your family that comes with you.
It's been almost 4 months now and everything is perfect. I can actually walk again. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jadhav for any knee replacement surgery that anyone needs. And I'll

I am beyond happy with my total hip replacement expertly performed by Dr.Jadhav nearly 4 months ago! I was in a wheelchair for a over a year prior and had lost any and all hope that would ever walk again after a different surgeon's failed attempt to repair a shattered femur neck from a slip and fall the previous year. Dr. Jadhav took the time to discuss the risks involved for having the surgery at my age and what to expect. I am extremely grateful that he agreed to perform the surgery and it has changed my life! I am now free from the debilitating pain that had rendered me miserable and hopeless. Now I am able to do things I couldn't do for so long because I am now walking again! Every day gets better as my atrophied legs get stronger! I'll forever be grateful for Dr Jadhav, he's given me my life back! The whole experience was wondering everyone cared and answered every question I had it was the best service from the first call I made to them super professional knowledge of what the doc had yo do I went there with pain like I had an ice pick in the center of my knee was in bad pain. I meet the doc and the place to have surgery we spoke again he resured me it would be ok.nit by saying anything but just his knowledge and the way he carried his self a d listen to me and explain what he would do and how everything work. My son got ligament repair on his knee and Dr. Jadhav was the best, he did an awesome job, now my son can walk, highly recommend him.

I had shoulder surgery done by Dr Jadhav on September the 9th.(this is after I fell at home and tore tendon in my right shoulder). I never had shoulder surgery before but I have had four foot surgeries and other surgeries throughout my body. This shoulder surgery recuperation was amazing. Dr.Jadhav did quite a bit of work on my shoulder including the Mulford procedure. I did have the normal surgery soreness and pain for a few days after surgery, but, within two weeks my shoulder has healed to the point that I can go back to work at a full release. I have minimal pain, if any. My range of motion is excellent. Dr Jadhav's surgical skills superseded any and all of my expectations. The staff was very professional, understanding and courteous. I Highly recommend Dr Jadhav for any orthopedic surgery that you may need including the shoulder.

Met Dr. Avi Jadhav at our local gym where he happens to observe my painful struggle to lift dumbbells. During some friendly discussions I explained about my osteoarthritis in my right shoulder. It didn't take long before he suggested that I visit him at his office for an evaluation. After an X-ray and MRI It showed clearly that I have a complete rotator cuff tear or rapture of my right shoulder.
Not the best news one wants to hear when visiting the doctor's office but, facing the inevitable, it was time to discuss options. Surgery was not my first choice, so after listening carefully to Dr. Jadhav's explanation about the new treatment called PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) I was sold. It has been ten days now since the injection, following Dr's advice about the typical do's and don's, I'm feeling great. Never had any pain as expected and didn't touch any of the pain meds either. Next week I'll be starting my physical therapy that probably won't last maybe two weeks.
Since I'm going to the gym regularly I'm already working on my workout to assist in my speedy recovery.
Dr. Avi Jadhav's incredible knowledge and patience to explain the entire process in details to me has been a blessing I never experienced before. It has indeed been the best medical treatment I've ever had.

I got a steroid injection in both my left knee and left hip today. Dr. Jadhav was so gently I barley knew I got either shot. A major difference from the last Dr. Who gave me injections in my right knee years ago. Dr. Jadhav and his staff are very nice, caring and I highly recommend checking them out for your orthopedic needs.

Dr: Avi Jadhav is excellent. I was in pain 10/10 for almost a year after a failed hip surgery in California. My PCP encoutaged me to seek a ortho surgeon here in Florida after reviewing a new MRI showing the failure of California surgery. I am so happy and now my pain is 3/10 usually and I can bear weight on my new hip. I feel like Dr. Jadhav has given me my life back. I am working with PT learning to walk with just cane and feel very confident I may be able to walk without any assistive device soon. I am so happy just to be out of PAIN! I have hope again. The office staff are very kind and efficient as well. I would recommend Dr Jadhav to anyone in pain due to orthopedic issue.

My experience with DR. Jadhav has been excellent. I broke my arm back in May and needed surgery. He made me feel at ease and did a very good job fixing my arm. All my follow up appointments have gone well. He explains things so you can understand. DR Jadhav is caring and capable and I would recommend him highly.

This is my second visit. The first visit was to gather information about my pain. Dr. Jahdav is very knowledgeable, and sent me for x-rays. I came back to his office today. He gave me results and a plan for treatment.
I like him and his staff, very much.

I walked out of his office with no pain. I recommend him if you have knee and hip pain. On my 3rd visit. I have been treated with light and uplifted staff. There is a steady flow in the office. I was seen in 15 minutes from walking in the door. My knee was just starting to ache again. I was relaxed enough to visit with Dr.Jahdav, and get more information. I actually like going to the office. Id's not dreaded in anyway. It fits in so I can do other daily things. If you have knee pain, go. Thank you Dr. Jahdav and staff.

I love Dr Jadhav. He listened to me when no other Orthopedic Doctors would. I got his name and number highly recommended from a good friend. It all started when Three different Orthopedic Doctors told me that there was NOTHING WRONG with my right knee. They basically all told me that there was NOTHING that they could do for me, even though my right knee was swollen to 3 times the size of my left one and had a HUGE synovial cyst caused by my torn meniscus (that they admitted to) but still stated they could do NOTHING. It was not my imagination that I was being brushed off and spoken to like I didn't matter because they found me to be too FAT to want to treat. Then I went to Dr Jadhav, not only did he LISTEN to me, but he ordered an MRI and subsequently found a LOT wrong with my right knee. He did a Meniscectomy to help me, the pain level went down a lot after I healed. I still had some pain after a few months (not nearly as much as before), he gave me a shot in my knee (I don't remember the name of it) and now I am in even less pain, I don't need a cane, knee brace, or walker now. I will need a knee replacement later on, just due to all of the damage in my knee....but he focused on relieving my pain as well as he could without doing a knee replacement, due to my young age. Dr. Jadhav did an excellent job in Diagnosis and Surgical Repair of my severely damaged Rotator Cuff (A completely Torn Subscapularis Tendon and partially Torn Supraspinatus Tendon) in my Left Shoulder. I am a 72 years old male, and happy to say that in the 3+ months since my surgery, I have made an amazing recovery, as confirmed by my Physical Therapists.
My Range of Motion and Strength have recovered extremely well, and continue to improve with my continued exercises.

Dr. Jadhav operated on my elbow, which sustained a very unusual injury due to a fall. The tendon was completely severed and there remained a small fragment of bone on the end. The technician who did the original X-ray at the walk-in clinic said that he had never seen an injury like mine. He recommended that I see an orthopedic surgeon. I'm glad I did. The surgery was a complete success.

I can't thank Dr. Jadhav enough for the outstanding care and expertise he provided during my dad's knee surgery. Not only was the procedure successful, but Dr. Jadhav also showed compassion, professionalism, and skill throughout the entire process. I was having a lot of issues with getting a doctor to see me and with getting a doctor to give me the treatment I needed. If it were not for Dr.Jadhav I don't even want to think about where I would be now. I would probably have lost my foot and that's not a joke or an exaggeration. I went to him with a severe bone infection in my foot. Other doctors didn't want to do the clean out surgery and my Infectious disease doctor just wanted to keep me on antibiotics for years. The amount of infection in my foot was insane. Dr. Jadhav did the surgery and has been over seeing my entire case. I'm now happy to say that I've been off antibiotics for 2 months now, my bone is healing nicely, and best of all I can walk again! I have been able to count on Dr. Jadhav and his office through my entire ordeal. And let me tell you finding a doctor that you can count on is insanely hard. I would not go anywhere else.

I consulted Dr. Jadhav for a second opinion on my left shoulder. Another surgeon had recommended immediate total shoulder replacement after an x-ray. After a MRI revealed that I had a partial tear of my tendon and that my shoulder joint was bone on bone, because I am relatively pain free, he advised me to begin a course of physical therapy. I am glad that surgery is not Dr. Jadhav's first option.
I think taking steps to increase my shoulder strength was excellent advice, and I look forward to working further with Dr. Jadhav.

To my surprise he turned out to be friendly, very caring. compassionate, and did not rush out the door, but instead took the time to explain what the problem is and what options are available for the patient, he even asks the patient and/or caregiver if they have questions; and if there are any needs they have which he may be able to address. In my case I took my 96 years young mother who had fallen breaking her knee cap and Dr. Jadhav performed the surgery on her taking special note and care because of her age.
